Home Bargains Is Selling A £2.99 Water Dispenser To Keep Your Pet Cool
The heatwave isn't just hard on us humans - it's difficult for our pets too. Soaring temperatures mean it is vital for us to constantly monitor our pets to make sure they're staying hydrated and not overheating.
And now it's easier than ever to make sure our pets are staying safe in the heat thanks to Home Bargains and its two litre water and food dispenser.
Costing just £2.99, the dispenser keeps food dry, treats clean and water fresh. It has the capacity for up to two kilos of food, and water and food are released on demand to satisfy your pet whenever it feels hungry or thirsty.
Fans of the dispenser have flocked to the Money Saver Online Facebook page to rave about the product. One buyer said: "These are fab. Finally stopped our dog from chucking his water bowl around", while another said: "We use for our cats they're brilliant."
The water dispenser is unfortunately not sold online, so if you're not near a store, we've got some other nifty ways you can keep your pet cool.
One idea is to wrap an ice pack or frozen water bottle in a damp tea towel for your pet to lie on for some relief from the heat. You can also buy a dog bed with a sun shade from Lidl - it's an ingenious way of protecting them from harsh rays.
If you want to give your pooch an extra special keeping cool treat, you can also give them a frozen pawsecco ice pop, which are made from elderflower, linden blossom and ginseng for a healthy, cool and, of course, non-alcoholic treat.
And there's also a B&M £6.99 outside water fountain for dogs, so that they can access fresh water at the push of a paw and to make sure they never overheat in the garden this summer.
