People Are Making Mini Egg Rocky Road Cake And It Looks Delicious

YUM.

Easter is just around the corner, which means we're getting ready to fill our faces with all the Easter choccy we can get our hands on.

It's also the perfect time to indulge in a bit of Easter baking, with plenty of mouthwatering sweet recipes to try over the coming weeks.

One delicious - and super easy - recipe is Mini Egg rocky roads, and people are already rustling them up on social media.

The classic rocky roads are filled with mouthwatering chunks of Mini Egg, and the best part is they're so easy to make.

First up, you'll need to take at least two big bars of milk chocolate - or better still, opt for the Mini Egg chocolate bars - before breaking into cubes and melting.

Next, add Mini Eggs, mini Creme Eggs, mini marshmallows - and any other treats you fancy, such as cornflakes or crushed biscuit - into a bowl and mix them together.

Pour over your melted chocolate and stir again until the mixture and the choccy is evenly combined.

Next up, transfer the mixture into a lined tin, before topping with extra Mini Eggs and any other toppings you fancy.

Allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours before cutting into slices.

And voila! It's ready to serve.

One person on TikTok switched out milk chocolate for white chocolate and we are so tempted to try.

They used just four ingredients, too - white chocolate, pink wafers, Mini Eggs and marshmallows.

It looks so delicious...

In other Easter baking, last week we told you how to make Creme Egg croissants.

What could be better than a delicious golden buttery pastry with perfectly melted milk chocolate and sugary fondant?

All you'll need is a roll of croissant dough and as a selection of Creme Eggs.

You can read more on how it's done here.
