People Are Making Biscoff Crumpets And They Look Like Heaven

These look SO good.

The nation is obsessed with Biscoff and we love crumpets, so it makes sense that Biscoff crumpets would be such a dreamy combination.

Yep, people are combining the pair on TikTok and and coming up with some seriously mouthwatering recipes.

There are a couple of different ways to make them, either by baking in the oven or frying on the hob.

So how can you recreate them at home?

We've popped a handy recipe below. While many of the videos on TikTok use protein powder, you don't need to include it to make the recipe.

  • Pack of crumpets
  • 2 eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Biscoff spread
  • Milk
  • Oil for frying
  • Any extra toppings

  1. Mix the eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl and soak the crumpets
  2. Melt butter or oil in a frying pan and place the crumpets down, frying on both sides until browned
  3. Or, if you don't want to fry, you can also cut the crumpets into pieces, pour over the mixture and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes
  4. Once the crumpets are cooked, smother in Biscoff spread and any extra toppings you fancy, such as Biscoff biscuits, white chocolate or strawberries.

If, like us, you're a serious Biscoff fanatic, then we've got plenty of other recipes for you to get stuck into.

Recently, we told you how people are making Biscoff pavlova - and we are drooling just looking at it!

The Biscoff pavlova is an absolute must-try, with crispy sugar meringue and a delicious biscuit flavoured topping. And it's so easy to make.

All you'll need is four egg whites, 250g of caster sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, 300ml of cream, three tablespoons Biscoff spread, and some Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
