I’m A Celeb viewers are utterly convinced the show show is fixed and have accused Nella Rose of being a 'producer plant'.

The ITV reality show has been making headlines left, right and centre over the past week or so with many fans tuning in to catch the latest drama unfold Down Under.

It all started with viewers believing producers 'were forced to step in' with Nella, who was removed from the camp due to medical reasons.

A few episodes back (21 November), the 26-year-old YouTuber and Fred, 51, had a discussion after revealing she felt 'disrespected' and 'offended' by a comment the First Dates star made the prior evening joking that he could be 'like her dad'.

Nella told the Bush Telegraph: "I took offence to that because one of the first conversations we had together was me opening up about the fact that my dad’s passed away."

The next morning, the pair spoke about the situation with Fred explaining: "I am so sorry. Can I just say?

"I am unaware that what I said would lead to this conversation, I only said that in a way because I am older than you, I am 51 and you’re 26."

Fred made a few more apology attempts during the conversation while Nella finally resolved: "I'll accept your apology, but let's not be friends."

Fans have speculated on whether Nella Rose is a 'producer plant'.

Since then, however, it appears as if Nella and Fred have made up and are 'friends' again.

While many viewers were happy to see the pair patch things up - it's clear some had their suspicions about the show's developments and rushed to social media to share their theories on the sequence of events.

One X, formerly Twitter user, penned: "I'm A Celebrity is well and truly rigged!! 100 per cent rigged.

"It’s massively corrupt in favour of Nella. Guaranteed. I even think now she is a plant and it will be fixed for her to win."

A second similarly claimed: "Fixed for Nella to win. This is a joke."

"Does anyone else think I'm A Celebrity might be fixed?" asked a third. "Nella Rose has completely changed… she has definitely been made aware of public opinion of her, not sure that’s the spirit of the competition."

Viewers have claimed I'm A Celeb is 'fixed'.

A fourth chimed in: "Nella is the show's plant isn’t she? She’s been told to cause trouble, act, scream, be horrible and her reward will be being made to be immune for initial voting (it will happen trust me) then the votes will be rigged so she wins. "@Ofcom watch this closely!!!!!"

"After tonight’s episode, i’m more convinced than ever that Nella is an I'm A Celeb plant!!!!!" echoed a final viewer.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs on ITV Sunday to Friday at 9pm and Saturday at 9.30pm.

ITV declined to comment.
