I’m A Celeb star Nella Rose demands Fred Sirieix ‘stays away from her’ after explosive row

I’m A Celeb star Nella Rose demands Fred Sirieix ‘stays away from her’ after explosive row

It marks the first big argument this season

At long last, I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! has finally graced our screens providing us with all the jungle antics, Bushtucker Trial chaos and celebrity drama once again.

The latest drama sees the likes of 26-year-old YouTuber Nella Rose demand thatFirst Dates' Fred Sirieix, 51, 'stays away from her' after a pretty explosive row.

During last night's (21 November) episode of I'm A Celeb, things started to get fairly tense in camp as the two celebs clashed after Nella took offence to a father comment Fred made.

Have a look at the moment below:

The group were cosying up around the campfire on Monday night (20 November) when the Gordon, Gino and Fred star said he was old enough to be her father when their respective ages were brought into discussion and joked that he could be 'like her dad'.

Nella discussed her hurt feelings as she told the Bush Telegraph: "Last night after dinner Fred made a comment about him basically how he could be my dad.

"I took offence to that because one of the first conversations we had together was me opening up about the fact that my dad’s passed away. I didn’t say anything about it last night because I was kind of just annoyed about it."

She continued: "So I slept on it and I kind of thought about it and I was just like, this is not the kind of person I want to be around."

Nella took offence to the comment and decided to refuse the food he cooked.

Fred went on to portion out the rest of the food, seemingly totally unaware of the offence he had caused and the evening ended with all celebrities sleeping on it.

Later in the programme, Nella ignored Fred over breakfast the following morning when he attempted to serve her some rice which prompted him to ask her what was wrong.

"Can you leave me alone?" she said to which Fred answered: "OK."

He went on to ask: "What have I done to you?"

While Nella explained: "You know that my mum’s dead, and you know that my dad’s dead."

She went on: "You know that, right? I’ve come to find out that every time I wanna get creative around the fire, or I want to have something my way, my own food that I am entitled to, my way, you tend to get an attitude, right?

"So yesterday, when I wanted to burn fat that you were going to throw away anyways, it’s not even something that we needed to survive in camp, you turned around to me, with an attitude and said, 'You know I could be your dad, right?'.

"To me, I don’t care how you said it to me, it’s disrespectful and I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to be around you. I only allow people to disrespect me once. You hurt my feelings."

Fred apologised for the comment.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Nella said: "You keep trying to speak to me, I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to eat your food.

"We can just live, you live on that side, I live on this side," she declared.

Fred, who was currently stunned, apologised, explaining: "I am so sorry. Can I just say? First of all, I am sorry I’ve offended you. I am unaware that you felt offended.

"I am unaware that what I said would lead to this conversation, I only said that in a way because I am older than you, I am 51 and you’re 26."

Nella said: "I’m not stupid, you’re not going to little girl me, you’re not."

Fred made a few more apology attempts during the conversation, saying: "Nella, it wasn’t like that at all," and swearing on his family's life.

He added: "Either I made a mistake and I said something and I offended you, I’m really sorry. I’m really sorry you feel like this."

Nella finally resolved: "I'll accept your apology but let's not be friends."

Fred and Nella's clash marks the first big argument on I'm a Celebrity this year.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs on ITV Sunday to Friday at 9pm and Saturday at 9.30pm.
