Ray J claims he’s slept with 12,500 women but people aren't buying it

R&B icon Ray J has said he has slept with 12,500 women in a new viral interview - but critics aren’t convinced that the American is being totally honest.
The 45-year-old, who shares two children with his estranged wife, Princess Love, recently appeared on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast to spill all about his apparent burgeoning sex life.
During the conversation, the ‘One Wish’ singer said that he was once having sex with around ‘five to ten’ different women every day, and that he threw a party to celebrate hitting a 10,000 body count.
Ray J, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., said the event was attended by 400 to 500 girls who he ‘f***ed with’ and that it was a ‘massive parade’.

When Newton, 36, enquired how many people he had slept with since the party, the California-raised star claimed: "It’s at, like, 12,500 now, but I wanted to get to 11. I was guaranteed 10. I didn’t want to be at 9,000, and I wanted to be at 11.
“Then…we went to 10. Just wanted to make sure I was over.”
When he pointed out his guest must have been sleeping with 'a little over one and a half women a day for 30 years', the celebrity said: “Yeah, the math is different.
"Because when we’re on tour, we’re thinking five to 10 a day.”
According to the man himself, this wild number also included 2,000 threesomes.
Surpisingly it seems as if there are actually limits to how much sex the father-of-two can have, with Ray J telling Newton: "I can only f**k a thousand more.
"I can’t do anymore,” he added, but didn’t exactly elaborate why he would reach 13,500 and stop.
The music mogul, whose famous exes include Kim Kardashian and Whitney Houston, has naturally gone viral for his mileage confession.
While some have praised the father-of-two, others have questioned whether he is being entirely truthful.
“11,500 is insane. The math is not mathing at all. He just be saying anything for attention now,” one X user said.
Another commented: “Is that even possible mathematically?”
Someone else said: “Calling ultra b*****it here. No way he is anywhere close to that number.”
“That is crazy. What kinda sexual pleasure are you looking for,” questioned a fourth user.
A fifth added: “Bro collecting bodies like Infinity Stones.”
If Ray J’s claims are true, then he could go down in history as one of the most sexually promiscuous people to have ever lived.
Other celebrities who have confessed to having lots of sexual partners include NBA player Wilt Chamberlain, who wrote in his 1991 book, A View from Above, that he had sex with 20,000 different women.
Gene Simmons from KISS has also previously said that he slept with more than 4,000 women, while Charlie Sheenalleged in 2000 that he had sex with 5,000 people.
Hollywood legend Jack Nicholson also claimed to have slept with more than 2,000 women.
