Paris Hilton has admitted she didn’t change her son’s nappy until he was a month old, having done the deed for the first time on camera. Watch her give it a go below:

Paris, 42, and her entrepreneur husband Carter Reum are the parents to baby boy Phoenix, having welcomed the little one via surrogate back in January.

And just 11 months after Phoenix arrived, Paris made the bombshell announcement that she and Carter had welcomed a little girl - named London - via surrogacy.

She’s since been documenting her first foray into motherhood in Peacock reality series Paris in Love, which returned for a second season at the end of last month.

In the series premiere, Paris spoke about the ‘difficult’ choice to use a surrogate, saying she would have loved the opportunity to carry the child herself.

“Surrogacy was a difficult decision to make,” she said.

"I would have loved that experience of growing the baby in your tummy and feeling the kicks and all of those exciting moments, but my life has just been so public.

“So even though the baby is biologically mine and Carter’s, we decided to have a surrogate carry him.”

The new series also sees Paris getting to grips with the less glamorous side of parenting, including one moment where she has a first go at changing baby Phoenix’s nappy – one month after he was born.

The heiress said she felt ‘scared’ to do it for the first time, turning to younger sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild and asking: “Should I learn how to change his diaper?”

She then held up her son and told him: “I said I wouldn’t do this on my birthday, but I will for you.”

With the help of Nicky, Paris sees to the dirty nappy as another woman encourages her to ‘talk’ to the baby as she cleans him up, while Nicky urges her to 'get into the folds'.

Paris admitted she felt 'scared'.

“Growing up, Paris was definitely more of a tomboy, liked to hang out in the backyard, build forts, play with her pet rats,” Nicky says in a confessional.

“She wasn’t one to really talk about having a baby, but motherhood... you’ve got to get your hands a little bit dirty.”

The clip surfaced on TikTok after being spotted by a stunned viewer, who wrote: “Not Paris learning how to change her son’s diaper for the first time after a month.”

Someone else said: “The nanny saying ‘don’t forget to talk to him’ is heartbreaking.”

And a third wrote: “Rich people are so out of touch with reality this is real sad.”

But a fourth added: “Clearly it’s not a money thing bc her sister is looking at her appalled.”

Another said diplomatically: "Guys, not everyone is good at being a first-time mom. It takes time."
