Paris Hilton announces baby girl just 11 months after her son
She posted an adorable picture on Instagram to confirm the news
Paris Hilton has announced a baby girl in a sweet Instagram post to fans, having picked out a truly ‘iconic’ name for her second child.
Paris, 42, and entrepreneur hubby Carter Reum recently became parents to baby boy Phoenix, having welcomed the little one via surrogate back in January.
A few months later, she told Vogue she already had plans for more kids, saying she hoped one day for a ‘little girl’.

“He is so precious and sweet,” the star said of her son.
“When I look at my baby photos, he looks so similar to me. We both have the same lips and the same smile.”
She said she decided on the name Phoenix Barron as a reference to her grandfather – late mogul and her ‘mentor’ Barron Hilton – and the ‘rising phoenix’.
Now it looks like she’s got the daughter she’s always dreamed of, having posted an adorable photo on Instagram of a pink baby outfit bearing the child’s name: London.
There was also a cute crocheted soft toy and a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses, showing little London will have just as much style as her mum.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” she wrote in the caption.
It’s not clear whether or not London has actually arrived already, or if she’s still a bun in the oven – surrogate or otherwise.
Many fans and famous friends shared their congratulations with Paris, noting just how fitting the chosen name was.
One commented: “PARIS AND LONDON. ICONS.”
Someone else said: “Omg! The legacy continues. Love.”
A third wrote: “Paris naming her baby London…. Iconic. I love it.”
A fourth added: “Oh my God, Paris I know you’ve been planning on this name for years. Congratulations!!!”
Paris told Vogue that she’d always planned on the name London.
“I’m just excited to one day have a little girl named London, and she’ll have her big brother Phoenix to look after her,” she said.
“I’ve been planning this for a long time. I just had to find the right partner to do it with. It’s so hard to trust people, and I’m so grateful to have found my husband.”
She also explained to Ellen DeGeneres in another previous interview: “The girl is gonna be named London Marilyn Hilton Reum. Marilyn after my grandmother and London because it’s my favourite city and I think Paris and London sound cute together.”
