Ozzy Osbourne fans have spotted a heartbreaking detail in his daughter Kelly Osbourne's emotional tribute following his passing earlier this week.
It was announced on Tuesday (22 July) that the Black Sabbath star had died that morning 'surrounded by love' at the age of 76.
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," a statement from his family read.
"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

The sweet message was signed off by his wife of 43 years, Sharon Osbourne, and their children, Jack, Kelly and Aimee. Louis Osbourne, his son with his ex-wife, Thelma Riley, also signed the statement.

Sharon has since shared her first post on social media since her husband's death and Kelly has since followed suit.
Taking to Instagram, Kelly penned the following message on her Instagram story: "I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had [heartbroken emoji]."

The line in question a quote from Black Sabbath's 1972 song 'Changes', which Osbourne and Kelly released as a duet in 2003 with revised lyrics that reflected on their relationship.
The song went on to become a No. 1 hit in the UK and the pair became just the second father-daughter pair to top the charts, after the likes of Frank and Nancy Sinatra way back when in 1967.

After catching light of the reference, fans rushed to social media to share their reactions with one Twitter user writing: "Changes just hits different with Kelly and Ozzy."

"That’s proper heartbreaking, but she’s got to remember Ozzy wouldn’t want her stuck in grief forever," lamented a second. "Cherish the good memories and carry on, love."
A third chimed in: "Kelly Osbourne nooooooo."
"What a beautiful song Kelly sending my love to your family. Love y'all," offered a fourth while a fifth penned: "A father and a daughter once performed about 'Changes', now it is the whole world that feels every word a little deeper."
Back in the 2000s, between 2002 to 2005, Osbourne - who leaves behind six children whom he had from two different relationships - starred alongside his family in MTV’s The Osbournes, introducing him to a new generation.
