The news broke earlier this week that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban had filed for divorce after 19 years of marriage.
According to court documents, the reason for the split has been cited as 'marital difficulties and irreconcilable differences', with the filings including a marriage dissolution and childcare plan agreed on by the couple and submitted for a judge’s approval.
The pair, who tied the knot back in 2006, share two children: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, and many fans are curious as to what the custody agreement will be following the split.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, legal expert Aaron Thomas broke down the former couple's divorce terms, which also include a 'cocaine clause'.

"This divorce has clearly been in the works for months," he explained.
"This is what a $300 million divorce looks like when you do it right. There's no alimony. There's no drawn-out disputes."
Thomas went on to reference Kidman's previous marriage to fellow Hollywood A-lister, Tom Cruise, whom she was married to from 1990 to 2001. Kidman also shares two adopted children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with him.

"Nicole was previously married and divorced Tom Cruise. And to me, it looks like she took the lessons learned from that divorce and ensured that there'd be no messiness this time around," the legal expert stated.
Now, according to the documents, the 58-year-old Babygirl star will be the primary residential parent to the two children, having them for 306 days per year, while their father, Urban, has them for the remaining 59 days.
"The mother and father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced," the permanent parenting plan outlines.

It adds: "They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
Additionally, the filing states that, because each parent earns over $100,000 per month, neither will need childcare or spousal support.
The marriage dissolution plan also maps out a 'roughly equal' division of joint assets, with Kidman and Urban keeping all the assets that are in their own name, including the copyrights and royalties for their artistic work.

Getting into the so-called 'cocaine clause', Thomas explained: "Nicole would pay Keith $600,000 for each year of marriage. But if he started drinking or using illegal drugs, he'd forfeit the payout. That's an extremely rare and specific clause, but it reflected real-life concerns."
"It's no surprise that preventing a relapse was top of mind for Nicole," he added.
As we say, they married in 2006 before filing for divorce this year, meaning they've spent 19 years together.
And a quick bit of maths reveals that it adds up to some $11.4 million in payments from the 'cocaine clause'.
