Marc Anthony has finally spoken out on the whole Beckham family drama after his name surprisingly got dragged into the ordeal.
For those who missed it, last month 26-year-old Brooklyn, the eldest son of David, 50, and Victoria Beckham, 51, took to social media to share a bombshell statement, accusing his parents of 'controlling narratives' and 'trying endlessly to ruin his relationship' with wife Nicola Peltz, 31.
His dramatic confirmation came after years of missed family events and rift rumours that the former photographer is estranged from the rest of his family.
Brooklyn wrote: "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."

I know what you're thinking - who is Marc Anthony and where does he come into this?
Well, Anthony actually got mentioned by name in the statement, when Brooklyn was talking about a particular claim that his mum 'hijacked his first dance'.

Brooklyn wrote: "In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.
"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."
For those unfamiliar with Anthony, he is a 57-year-old award-winning musician, and one of the world's most famous salsa artists, as well as being a close pal of the Beckham family.
They're so close that the Beckhams were even there when Anthony was awarded his Hollywood Walk of Fame award in 2023, while the musician the godfather of Victoria and David's two youngest children, son Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 14 - and David returned the favour by being, godfather to Anthony's son, Marquitos.
When all the chaos first erupted, internet gossips were begging the musician to share some intel on the infamous first dance, however, his lips have remained firmly sealed - until now.
In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he's finally issued a pointed statement about the situation.

Anthony told the publication: "I have nothing to say about what’s happening with the family. They’re a wonderful, wonderful family. I’ve known them since before the kids were born."
He added: "I’m godfather to Cruz. I’m really close to the family. But I have nothing to say about what happened there. It’s extremely unfortunate how it’s playing out - but [how it’s playing out] is hardly the truth."
The musician is not the first wedding guest to comment on the situation, as DJ Fat Tony, who played a set at the A-list event, also shared his thoughts.
Appearing on This Morning last month, he recalled: "I did a brunch, which was the most awkward part of it all because that's when everything was discussed from the night before.
"There was no sl*t dropping, there was no PVC catsuit, there were no Spice Girls actions."
Speaking about Brooklyn's accusation towards his mum Victotia, Tony continued: "The word 'inappropriate' - why I said it was inappropriate as well because it was the timing."
And, on the 'hijacking' moment, he added: "At that point, Brooklyn is devastated because he thought he was going to do his first dance with his night.
"Nicola leaves the room crying her eyes out. Marc says, 'Put your hands on your mother's hips!'"
