Kylie Jenner has found herself in hot water after being labelled 'out of touch' for her latest advertising move.
The 28-year-old reality TV star and make-up mogul has been teasing her newest beauty products, which are a nod to her 'King Kylie' era ten years ago.
However, her method of hyping people up for the release has not gone down well with some people, given the timing and what's going on in America at the moment.
For those who haven't seen the teaser clip, Kylie shared a video of herself wearing handcuffs as she's escorted through a jail by two men dressed as police officers. She's wearing a black leather two-piece in the video as the trio walk past other cells, following the prison theme.

But, some people believe it 'misses the mark' and is insensitive as it comes amid the US ICE raids that are targeted immigrants as part of Donald Trump's crackdown.

During his inaugural speech back in January, the 79-year-old US president vowed to launch the 'biggest deportation operation' in US history, as part of a 'complete restoration of America'.
Since then, Trump has sent the Immigration Compliance and Enforcement (ICE) teams on daily raids, with people being targeted at workplaces, farms, university campuses, private homes, shops and hospitality venues, and even during random traffic stops.

Anti-ICE protests have since taken place around the US and numerous celebrities have spoken out - including Kylie's sister Kim Kardashian, who said 'innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways' in a social media statement.
But, as we say, fans are not too impressed with Kylie's 'poor taste' promo campaign, taking to Reddit to share their thoughts.
One user penned: "In a day and age where people are being snatched, deported, and disappeared, this really misses the mark for me."
While a second brutally penned: "This family is so f*****g stupid. Her little clip of being escorted by police officers, confidently strutting through jail in handcuffs, heels, and underwear.

"This family knows literally nothing about what the rest of the people in the country are doing or dealing with. This is not cute."
"What is it with super rich people and glamourise being poor and in trouble with the law??" questioned a third.
While a fourth quipped: "The country’s boiling over, citizens being dragged off by rogue badge-hungry rent-a-cops, and Kylie Jenner drops a handcuffed hot-pants photoshoot to promote COSMETICS. This isn’t satire; it’s American rot."

And another chimed in with: "Weird flex when ICE are kidnapping people. Poor taste as usual."
However, fans of Kylie have jumped to her defence to explain that there is a reason behind the police theme - she was actually referencing a prior video.

The video in question dropped nine years ago in 2016 to promote Kylie Cosmetics, starring Kylie herself as part of a fictional criminal girl gang.

So, it looks like the new teaser is paying homage to that video, which some longtime fans of the star are loving.
Kylie herself confirmed this in an Instagram post, writing: "GLOSSES PART 2: KING KYLIE RETURNS! on snapchat now for the first 24 hours! (obviously). it only felt right to launch my king kylie collection with a part 2 to my video with @colinseyes and @terror.jr from 10 YEARS AGO! omg omg!!!!"
