Jason Oppenheim has publicly shown his support for his ex-girlfriend, Chrishell Stause, after her split from G Flip.
The former Selling Sunset star, 45, and Australian musician, 33, who first started dating in 2022 and got married a year later in 2023, shocked the world on Monday (26 October) when they separately announced that their relationship had come to an end.
Stause broke the news with a tearful Instagram video where she said she’s ‘still in love with G Flip’ and doesn’t ‘have all the information and the reasons’.
She broke down as she said: “G and I are no longer together, and we have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other.

“But it’s not hard for me because I’m in love with this person and I don’t have all the information and the reasons, and I just, I’m sure, like always with time, you get the lessons you’re meant to get. And I know that will happen. I’m gonna heal, and everything’s gonna be fine.”

In the comments was Oppenheim, an American real estate broker and television personality who is President of The Oppenheim Group, a real estate brokerage based in Los Angeles that Selling Sunset revolves around.
He and Stause began dating in the summer of 2021 and broke up in December 2021, as reported by Cosmopolitan.
Their relationship came after Stause’s divorce from This Is Us actor Justin Hartley in November 2019, which played out on the Netflix reality show.
Oppenheim commented on Stause’s emotional video: “I’m really sorry to hear this. I’m thinking of you and sending you my love. You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things just don’t work out, but it certainly doesn’t mean anyone failed.”
He added: “There’s probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it might just take some time to process. But please know that you’re very loved and I’m always there for you no matter what.”

Elsewhere in her video, Stause elaborated on the split and how she’s been feeling, as she said: “I’m definitely never doing this again. But I just felt like you guys deserved a little bit more than a cold written statement because you have been so supportive and so loving, and we really appreciate that. Maybe you can still do that, but it would have to be separately.”
She heartbreakingly added: “I don’t know what else to say, you guys. I feel like a little bit of a failure. There’s nothing you can say about me that would be worse than what I said myself, so I just have to kind of heal and figure this out. It’s hard. It’s painful. I’m a lover girl; I swing big, I miss.
“Or maybe you don’t miss, maybe this is the life and seasons you’re meant to have with people, and I had an amazing over four years with G, so maybe that’s not a miss, maybe it’s just coming to terms with it being a different ending than you had imagined.”
She ended the video by saying she will ‘always love G’ and ‘doesn’t ever really see that changing’.
“This sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us,” Stause said.
Meanwhile, G Flip released a written statement of their own, which read: “After 4+ years, Chrishell and I are no longer together. I will always love her, we will also share a special connection, and I cherish our memories together deeply. “My head & heart are feeling very heavy right now, and I’m not able to talk, but I want to thank you all for your support and appreciate you respecting our privacy at this difficult time.”
