Ever since they welcomed him into the world in November 2023, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have made sure to keep their son Rocky Thirteen Barker out of the limelight.
And now, after bringing him to a huge public event for the first time, the couple have faced some online backlash and confusion from fans.
Mum Kourtney, 46, and dad Travis, 49, have only ever shared a handful of photos of the little one and have always made sure his face was obscured or looking away from the camera.

This is quite the contrast to the upbringing of their other children from previous relationships, who grew up in the public eye.
In March, Rocky made a brief and very rare appearance in The Kardashians as he was spotted in footage of a family day out, however, his face was blurred.
Following this, on Friday (6 June), Kourtney and Travis took Rocky to WWE's Money in the Bank event at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles for a fun-filled family day out.

As they appeared on the big screen, Kourtney made sure to hold Rocky close and keep his face towards her, so it couldn’t be seen on the camera.
While this makes sense with everything the couple have been doing to protect their child’s privacy, some fans expressed confusion at the move.
They wondered why the mother-of-four was hiding his face when everyone who attended the event in person could see what he looks like.
In the comments of the clip on Instagram, one user joked: “Kourtney, honey everyone in the stadium can see him.”

Meanwhile, a second wrote: “Why bring him to a basketball game if you’re going to hide his face lol.”
And a third chimed in with: “Who’s going to tell her everyone there can see his face?”
Others in the comments section questioned: “Why keep covering his face? You brought him there” and “Why’s she trying to hide his face?”

However, others made sure to defend Kourtney and pointed out that as it’s her son, she can of course do whatever she thinks is best.
Someone wrote: “She’s hiding his face cause she carried him for 9 months and can do whatever she pleases.”
And another penned: “Funny how the comment section is all about her covering the child’s face or bringing him to a public place.”
They continued: "If she had left him at home y'all will still be the ones asking of her baby or why she would leave her baby at home.”

Another commenter added: “Pretty sure she can do whatever she wants with her child.”
