Travis Barker has sparked a huge reaction online after sharing a birthday tribute to Kourtney Kardashian, with fans quickly becoming distracted by one detail in the post.
The Blink-182 drummer, 50, posted a carousel of photos on Instagram to mark his wife’s 47th birthday, and while the upload was clearly meant to be romantic, it did not take long for social media users to focus on one particular image.
Anyone who has followed Travis and Kourtney’s relationship will know the couple is not exactly strangers to PDA-heavy posts, with the pair often dividing fans over just how much they choose to share online, such as revealing exactly where their baby Rocky was conceived.
Still, this latest birthday carousel has managed to get people talking all over again, as one photo appeared to show Travis sucking what we’d hope is Kourtney’s foot.

The post was shared alongside a gushing caption from Travis, who wrote: “Happy Birthday, my beautiful wife. I love you forever and ever.
“Thank you for being such an amazing woman, an incredible wife, and the best mom to our humans.
“I feel so grateful to spend this life with you @kourtneykardash”
The carousel also included other snapshots from their life together, including family moments with Rocky, as well as more loved-up photos of the couple.
Kourtney’s sisters were among those commenting on the post, with Kim Kardashian writing: “I love this post and all of these pics.”
Khloe Kardashian also added: “The cutest girl ever.”
However, once the image made its way onto X (formerly Twitter) through outlets like Pop Crave, reception very quickly shifted from the sweet birthday message and towards one unusual detail.
Rather than just reacting to the intimate nature of the photo, many users were distracted by how long the foot looked in the picture.
One person asked: “Jesus Christ how long is this foot?”
Another wrote: “That’s a long a*s foot”
A third joked: “That bitch foot longer than January”
Someone else questioned: “Why is the foot morphed like that, and why did he post that?”
Others were simply stunned the photo had ended up on their timelines at all, with one X user writing: “we should all know less about each other.”
Another added: “Travis out here sucking on a foot that could qualify for the NBA draft and you’re wondering why it’s on your timeline?”
A different person joked: “That foot is longer than my entire 2026 resolution list. Bigfoot confirmed. Travis just found him.”
Of course, this is not the first time the couple’s posts have left fans feeling like they may have been given a little too much information.
Kourtney previously spoke about Travis’ attention to her feet during an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.
As reported by E! News, she said: “I love really cute feet.”
Kourtney added: “I mean, if somebody wants to pay extra attention to my feet, I’m not mad at that. Well, my husband, not just anybody.”
