Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have revealed they suffered a miscarriage prior to welcoming their son, Rocky.
The reality TV star, 47, and Blink-182 drummer, 50, discussed the emotional subject during the premiere of Barker's upcoming documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, which will land on Hulu on 13 August.
As reported by US Weekly journalists who attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere over the weekend (13 Jun), six months after they started dating in 2021, Kardashian became pregnant.
In the documentary, she revealed they were expecting a daughter, who they'd planned to name Tulip.

Three months into her pregnancy, however, the mother-of-four discovered that their baby no longer had a heartbeat.

"When we lost the baby, we were devastated," Kardashian, who shares her eldest three children, Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, with her ex-partner Scott Disick, said. "We cried for days."
By their own admission, the A-list pair spent the next eight months trying to get pregnant again, including by undergoing five IVF attempts.
During a May 2023 episode of The Kardashians, she confessed: "I would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen."
Also on the episode, Kardashian recalled feeling pressure to freeze her eggs, telling viewers: "The freezing of the eggs isn’t guaranteed.
"I think that that’s a misunderstanding. People do it thinking it’s a safety net, and then it’s not. Most of them didn’t survive the thaw, and then none of them made it to an embryo."

Following a lack of success, she and Barker took a break on their journey, only for Kardashian to fall pregnant with their son, Rocky, now two.
She famously announced her pregnancy after appearing in the audience of one of Barker's gigs, where she held up a sign that read, 'Travis, I'm Pregnant'.
The youngster was born in November 2023 after Kardashian underwent 'terrifying' emergency surgery to save his life.
She explained on Instagram at the time: "I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband, who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.
"And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.

"I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.
Kardashian concluded: "Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
Barker is also father to son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, and is step-father to 24-year-old Atiana De La Hoya.
