Bizarre reason why Kim Kardashian has someone take the sleeves off her coffee cups

Kim Kardashian revealed that she makes somebody fulfil a bizarre demand every time she orders a coffee.

43-year-old Kim is no stranger to getting tongues wagging.

In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the reality star opened up on her unusual way of keeping warm.

Speaking in a confessional, she said: "One fun fact, every time I put on jewellery I blow dry it because I can't stand putting on something freezing.

"So look at my outfit, it's all crystals so we have to blow dry the whole thing so it goes on warm."

The mum-of-four then added: "I used to just be freezing in bed and put a blow dryer in my bed and just turn it on low."

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in April, Kim opened up about this strange habit, declaring: "I hate being freezing and when you put on cold jewellery or like anything with a zipper, I just need it warm and then put it on."

But that wasn't the only thing Kim revealed during their chat.

Jimmy and Kim were discussing her quirks and he mentioned a rumour he'd heard through the grapevine.

The talk show host asked her whether it's true that she instructs staff to 'take the Starbucks sleeve off her coffee', because she 'hates the sound of cardboard'.

And it turns out it's true, folks.

Kim said: "Yes, it’s true and I hate the feeling, like the sound, like the cardboard getting moved off the cup is like nails on a chalkboard to me."

She then added that she asks them to do it away from her view so she doesn't have to witness the moment.

After discussing her coffee-drinking habits, people were quick to share their opinions on the divisive matter.

Many fans backed her up, with one person saying: "I totally get Kim here, she’s one of us."

While another admitted that the noise is quite shrill.

And a third added: "This is the first thing she’s said that I actually relate to."

However, one online critic accused the Skims founder of showing 'sheltered and coddled and rich behaviour', while pointing out that a bit of cardboard on your coffee cup 'is not that serious'.

Others went so far to think of some options for Kim going forward.

People suggested that maybe she should invest in a reusable coffee cup.

Considering she's a billionaire, we're sure she could afford it!
