Kim Kardashian breaks silence on alleged feud with best friend Jonathan Cheban

Kim Kardashian has addressed her rumoured 'feud' with her best friend Jonathan Cheban.

The 45-year-old SKIMS founder has set the record straight once and for all, after whispers continued to circulate that she and the American TV personality, 51, are no longer on good terms.

Kim and Jonathan have been pals for almost two decades. However, as per MailOnline, they haven't been seen together publicly since December 2023 when they attended an event in Las Vegas.

Though he did go to Khloé Kardashian's 40th birthday party last year, which was filmed for The Kardashians.

But after a lack of sightings with Kim, fans began to speculate that something must have happened behind the scenes.

Appearing on Khloé's Khloé In Wonder Land podcast this week, the mother-of-four has finally addressed the rumours.

Khloé pretended she had a guest coming onto the show and joked that it was Jonathan, to which Kim replied: "No way! I love Jonathan. We should call him."

She continued: "I think people think we don't talk," before grabbing her phone and FaceTiming the man himself.

Khloé told him how they wanted to give him a shout out on the podcast and clarified that he was actually at Kris Jenner's star-studded 70th birthday bash in November.

"That was a fun night, wasn't it?" Kim said, while Jonathan branded it as the best party he's been to 'in 15 years'.

Then, after the impromptu phone call, Kim went on to clarify her friendship with Jonathan, including why fans aren't seeing them out and about together as much as they used to.

"Jonathan and I are good," she said. "Here's the thing, I had kids. It's really hard to maintain friendships when you have kids and you're like in it."

Kim shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West - North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, six.

She explained: "Jonathan is not going to come and sit around Calabasas all day. He's like always on the move."

Khloé then chimed in with: "Especially when someone else doesn't have kids. It's not like you can do play dates with your kids. I get that - and we love Jonathan. There's so much history there."

Jonathan also spoke out about the rumours during a March 2025 interview with Us Weekly.

He explained: "People post me in things and people say that Kim and I aren’t friends anymore and it’s so funny to watch this stuff ‘cause we are friends and we talk all the time.

"I see all these things that pop up and that’s how I know if I’m on [episodes of The Kardashians] or not."

Jonathan maintained that they are 'absolutely' still close pals and added: "We’re going to be friends forever - and it’s fun. I mean, she’s got so many kids and so many things to do and I’m all the way on this coast, so it’s like, yeah, we don’t see each other as much, but we talk all the time and anything happens that I feel like we should discuss, we just send it right away."
