Kim Kardashian reveals unusual way to keep warm as she admits to strange bedtime habits

We've heard of many different ways of getting to sleep, but there's always one way that comes along that is totally baffling.

We've had the military sleep method, drinking 'sleepy tea' before bed to get better shut eye, and even cooling rooms down to a certain temperature.

But now, reality queen Kim Kardashian herself has thrown us a curveball with how she gets to sleep.

Speaking in the latest episode of the fifth season of The Kardashians, Kim explained how she hates the cold and that can see her take extreme measures.

In the clip she can be seen getting ready for an event in New York City as she gets fully glammed up.

She said: "One fun fact, every time I put on jewellery I blow dry it because I can't stand putting on something freezing.

"So look at my outfit, it's all crystals so we have to blow dry the whole thing so it goes on warm."

But it isn't just warming up jewellery and accessories that Kim does, she's also found an unusual method of warming up her bed before she goes to sleep.

She continued: "I used to just be freezing in bed and put a blow dryer in my bed and just turn it on low."

I mean, someone might want to tell Kim about electric blankets because that could be a game changer. Or at the very least, less of a fire risk than using a hair dryer to heat under the sheets because that sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

This also isn't the first time that Kim has spoken out about her hatred of being cold and the unusual lengths she will go to.

In April, she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live as she confirmed the rumours of her heating up outfits was completely true.

She explained: "Because I hate being freezing and when you put on cold jewellery or like anything with a zipper, I just need it warm and then put it on."

She also revealed on the show how weird her sleeping habits can go, as she also confessed to sleeping with her eyes partially open.

Not only will that be freaky to see, but surely she gets dry eyes as a result? However, Kim said she doesn't but she did add that her family think the habit is so strange that they've filmed it before as she said: "There's footage because my sisters have taken videos and pictures."
