Khloé Kardashian has just followed in the footsteps of her younger sister Kylie by getting candid with fans about what cosmetic procedures she's had done, but it looks like some think there's an ulterior motive.
There's a bit of a moment right now where Hollywood A-listers are coming forward with confessions about what work they've had done, with the Kardashians, as per usual, seemingly leading the way.
One of the first to do so was none other than 27-year-old Kylie Jenner who went viral last month over her 'transparent' response when asked about her boob job and now, her older sister Khloé Kardashian, 41, is seemingly following suit.
Directly responding to a clip posted by Dr John Betteridge on Instagram where he went into detail about the possible work she's had done, Khloé commented that, first and foremost, she considered the doctor's speculative video as a 'great compliment'.

"First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart," she outlined, "but here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go."
Tagging all the surgeons, cosmetologists, personal trainers and beauticians, Khloé revealed what she's had done:
- Nose job
- Laser hair 'for the hairline and everywhere else'
- Botox and Sculptra from 'where my face tumour was removed in my cheek'
- Soft wave laser for 'skin tightening'
- Collagen baby threads 'underneath my chin and neck'
- Filler 'in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down)'

Khloé also added that she's lost 80 pounds over the years 'slow and steady' and opened up briefly about her skincare routine, namely noting that she had a daily skin care routine, uses peptides, has 'regular facials', takes her vitamins and even dabbles in 'salmon sperm facials'.
She finished up the candid comment, writing: "In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors."
After catching light of the list, people unsurprisingly rushed to social media to share their thoughts and theories as to why now Khloé was sharing such information.

Speculating that the reason was to do with taking attention away from the controversy of attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding over the weekend, one Reddit user penned: "I don't believe that's everything and I feel like she's only doing this bc she saw the praise Kylie got about the boob job and bc she's trying to change the narrative going to the hunger games wedding."
"100 percent," agreed a second. "I can't remember who it was but a lady on TikTok predicted this exact thing when Kylie commented on her boob job.
"Basically said that since 'natural' looks are coming back around or something, the Kardashians and those like them are going to become transparent about the work they've had done to get brownie points."
"What’s sad is that they are getting brownie points," pointed out another. "Lots of girls on TikTok were praising Kylie... 2025 and we are PRAISING people for getting plastic surgery smh."
