Khloé Kardashian breaks down every single procedure and surgery she’s had done

The Kardashians are known to be fans of a cosmetic surgery or two, but gone are the days of blanket denials.

Remember when Kylie used to insist her plumped-up pout was just thanks to her make-up range? Well, after debunking this years ago, the star has since gone on to share the details of her breast augmentation, and now, Khloé is following in her footsteps by being refreshingly candid about exactly what work she has had done.

We love the details of a glow-up, and Khloé has shared everything, following a surgeon's post on social media speculating what work she might have had done.

Khloé had previously addressed her weight loss and the pressure she feels. Dr John Betteridge posted an Instagram Reel, with several procedures mentioned. Khloé decided to set the record straight in her own words, and headed straight to the comment section of the reel to break down exactly what's what.

Rather than being offended by the speculation, the star revealed: "I take this as a great compliment!"

Talking about the before-and-after pics in the Reel, she took a guess at how long ago the 'before' snap was.

"First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done," she wrote.

“I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,” she said.

Not only did she spell out the procedure, but she even tagged the doctor or organisation who did the work, making sure they received the credit.

She began by confirming she had undergone a nose job with Dr. Raj Kanodia, a plastic surgeon from Beverly Hills. Khloé also revealed she had laser hair removal 'for the hairline and everywhere else' complete with a cheeky emoji.

Next on the list was Botox and sculptra, and said she also had her 'face tumour removed' from her cheek there too.

She had previously documented the procedure on Snapchat, writing: “As a result of the surgery, and the tumor my incredible doctor removed, I ended up with an indentation in the side of my face. I waited 9 months after surgery to get the indentation filled."

She also listed a procedure called Sofwave, a non-invasive laser procedure, which her older sister Kim, also loves.

Khloe acknowledged she had 'filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down)'.

She also credited her weight loss to her glow-up, but said it wasn't done quickly or easily, saying she has 'lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady)' and thanked her coach for the help.

Kardashian then said she had 'collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck'.

These are dissolvable threads designed to pull up loose skin as an alternative to a facelift.

As well as the surgical procedures, Khloé has also opened up about various facials and topical treatments she's tried, including: “Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.”

She has previously talked about her fear of whales, and has talked about the salmon sperm facials on The Kardashians TV Show.

She said: "I do the salmon sperm [facials], but I’m never gonna do whale sperm.”

She concluded the lengthy comment, writing: “In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors 😉💞”
