Joe Jonas has revealed how he's approaching life after his divorce from Sophie Turner, after 'rediscovering' himself during the break-up.
The end of any relationship can be a good time for self reflection, whether it be a friendship or something more romantic.
And Joe Jonas has opened up about life after his messy divorce, involving a tricky custody battle over his two daughters, Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, who he shares with former wife Sophie Turner.

In promotion of his new song Only Love, the star revealed how he has moved on, while speaking with TalkShopLive stream.
The dad-of-two admitted that he was scared to be bitten by the 'love bug' again, knowing how dark a time it can really be if things don't work out.
"I was seeing somebody at the time and I was kind of having this idea of dating again. It was really scary and intimidating," he confessed.

The singer added: "Love takes different shapes and forms and I was rediscovering what that was."
But it was actually his new date that flipped his perspective on how he views romantic relationships.
"Well, it’s only love," she allegedly said to him.
Which we all know, it's not quite as simple as that.

But it seemed to help the 35-year-old, as he said: "I was like, ‘Well, when you put it that way…’ So we wrote a song about it."
The star added: "Like, it was not a big deal, but it was a big deal to me, and a big deal to them, too. But it’s OK to take a leap of faith and just try again and put yourself out there."
His new album, Music for People Who Believe in Love, will feature the song, as well as a whole new set of tracks.

Jonas and Turner filed for divorce in September 2024, and the actress even launched a lawsuit against her former husband, accusing him of withholding their daughters’ passports and preventing them from travelling to the UK, which is where she was born.
The DNCE star's legal team denied the allegations on his behalf, claiming that it was a 'harsh legal position' that went against their strive for an 'amicable co-parenting setup.'
But they officially called time on their relationship much earlier than this in September 2023, after four years of marriage.
He soon started dating model Stormi Bree in January 2024, but it turned out to be a short-lived romance that lasted just five months.
