I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! South Africa concluded with a fiery finish at the end of last month, as an ongoing clash between ultimate winner Adam Thomas and former footballer Jimmy Bullard came to a head.
The All Stars spin-off of the hit show saw a number of old favourites return to battle it out in the jungle, including the likes of Gemma Collins, Sinitta and Sir Mo Farah.
While some friendships blossomed, as with the normal series of I'm A Celebrity, it didn’t take long for a few of those big A-lister personalities to collide.
Ex-boxer David Haye was accused of bullying Waterloo Road actor Thomas, regularly labelling him ‘soft’ and ‘weak’, before things escalated further when Bullard decided to quit a challenge to be sent home, in turn taking Thomas - his partner in the game - with him.

While Thomas was eventually allowed to stay, he wasn’t happy with Bullard and a row broke out – an argument that Bullard later claimed in the live finale was majorly edited, saying the final cut did not illustrate the severity of Thomas’ aggression towards him.
Two weeks on, Thomas is now speaking out about a major recent change in his life, showing off a vision board he made at the beginning of this year.
In an Instagram video, he explained: "Me and my family at the beginning of the year, we each did a vision board and this is mine. A few things on here that I'm really proud of. I've got no drinking, since January I've quit drinking.
"I say quit drinking, has it been perfect? No. Have I made huge changes? Yes. Just feels so much better for it. Everything has just thrived because I've cut down alcohol and it just wasn't serving me a purpose anymore, and that's one thing that I'm super proud of. No drinking, that's number one."

Thomas also admitted he ‘wanted to be on the front cover of a fitness magazine’, never thinking ‘in a million years’ it would actually happen - another dream that’s now materialised.
“It's actually happening people," he continued.
"I'm gonna be on the front cover of Men's Fitness. Me! The funny thing is, it's not even necessarily really about the picture, it's about everything that I've done in between, lifestyle I've created for myself.”

He added: "Someone who's really struggled with their body pretty much all their life to be on the front cover of a men's fitness magazine with their top off, it's mad to me that."
Finally, Thomas also teased a sauce that him and his friends were working on, teasing that they were ‘finally getting the credit’ they deserve.
In the video’s caption, the star said he was 'grateful for this year so far’, and that his focus and positivity was finally ‘starting to pay off’.
The comments were filled with support from his famous pals, with his I’m a Celeb campate Gemma Collins telling him: "You got the world at your feet.”
