New photo of Elton John’s sons leaves fans stunned
Fans have rushed to social media to share their reactions to the rare family snap
A brand-new photo of British icon Sir Elton John’s sons has left fans seriously stunned.
It seems the 'Rocketman' hit-maker and his husband, David Furnish, have put an end to their long-standing tradition of keeping their children out of public view after sharing their first complete photograph showing their sons' faces on social media.
Last week, David, 68, took to Instagram to post a snap of the family enjoying a NYE party with Donatella Versace, writing in the caption: "Ringing in the New Year Donatella style. Thank you @donatella_versace for the spectacular dinner at @claridgeshotel. We love you [heart emoji] La Famiglia Forever!
"All the F-J’s want to wish everyone a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!"

The 70-year-old Italian fashion designer could be seen posing at the centre of the snap with her arm around 12-year-old Elijah, whilst his elder brother Zachary, 14, stood beside his 78-year-old father.
Donatella shared a similar snap, alongside the caption: "What an honour to begin the year with a musical genius, giant and forever family to me- @eltonjohn you are a legend and you have defined so much of what we love in your career. I love you all."
After catching light of the new pic, fans rushed in to hype over just how 'grown up' the celebrity kids have got.
One Instagram user penned: "What a gorgeous family!! Your boys are all grown!! So handsome! Wishing you all a very happy and healthy new year!"
"David how beautiful your family boys so big and handsome. Happy New Year to you all!" gushed a second, while a third chimed in: "Wonderful. Your boys are certainly growing up, what handsome young men. Happy New Year!"
"The boys are growing up so fast. Beautiful family," beamed another.
And a final fan echoed: "Happy New Year. Your handsome sons are growing up so quickly!"
Sir Elton and David welcomed their firstborn son, Zachary, on Christmas Day back in 2010 through a surrogate in California.
"We are overwhelmed with happiness and joy at this very special moment. Zachary is healthy and doing really well, and we are very proud and happy parents," they wrote at the time.
Their second child, Elijah, then arrived in January 2013 via the same surrogate mother in Los Angeles.
"The birth of our second son completes our family in a most precious and perfect way," the couple announced.
Both Zachary and Elijah were ring bearers when their dads finally tied the knot in December 2014, having initially entered a civil partnership nearly a decade back in 2005.
