Elliot Page has made his red carpet debut with his first partner since coming out as trans.
Page, who has starred in a number of blockbuster smash-hits and TV favourites, including Juno, The Umbrella Academy and Inception just to name a few, publicly came out as gay in 2014 and then as transgender in December 2020.
He was previously married to dancer and choreographer Emma Portner but they separated in 2020. The 38-year-old Canadian actor and film producer has also dated fellow Juno star Olivia Thirlby as well as American Horror Story actress Kate Mara.
But, on Tuesday evening (23 September), Page and his new girlfriend, Overcompensating star and comedian Julia Shiplett, stepped out for Gucci's The Tiger premiere in Milan, Italy.

The couple first sparked dating rumours earlier this summer, back in June, when they shared photos together during Pride Month in Iceland.
He captioned the Instagram selfie, which featured him and Julia, who is also 38, smiling as they stood on a rainbow flag-painted road, with a rainbow and pink hearts emoji.
"The hardest of launches," penned one fan.

Page publicly came out as trans in 2020, writing on social media at the time: "Hi friends, I want to share with you that I am trans, my pronouns are he/they and my name is Elliot. I feel lucky to be writing this. To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life.
"I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self."
He continued to say that he was 'endlessly inspired by so many in the trans community', adding: "Thank you for your courage, your generosity and ceaselessly working to make this world a more inclusive and compassionate place.
