Anne Hathaway was asked to reveal the gender of her baby while appearing on stage this week, and her fiery response quickly went viral.
The 43-year-old officially joined the Disney 'Hall of Fame' as a certified 'Legend' on Sunday (16 Aug), over 25 years after she made her famous debut as Mia Thermopolis, the lovable character we all know and love from The Princess Diaries.
But while she's celebrating her newly crowned title, Hathaway's pregnancy is clearly at the forefront of fans' minds.
A brave spectator from the crowd at the Honda Centre in Anaheim, California, let their curiosity get the better of them, shouting out to Hathaway as she took to the stage to accept her award, 'Boy or girl?.

The actress playfully replied, 'Oh, just be patient', laughing and cradling her baby bump.

She continued: "You’re gonna find out in five minutes."
The film star recently confirmed during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live that she and her husband, Alan Shulman, already know the gender of their baby, but are choosing to keep it private.
"We know, we’re not saying," she told guest host Anthony Anderson after he predicted she'll be having another boy.
The audience responded really positively to Hathaway's clapback, loudly applauding her savage statement.
"Thank you for the support; I always feel so rude saying that," she smiled, turning to attendees sitting in the crowd. "I feel so bad."
This weekend's interaction is far from the first time that Hathaway has expressed excitement over her family's incoming addition.

She recently said that her sons, Jonathan, 10 and Jack, six, are 'over the moon' to have another little one on the way.
"It feels like the family is having a baby," she told Anderson.
When it comes to the sex, following recent speculation on the 'realness' of her bump, it's understandable that Hathaway might want to keep her cards a little closer to her chest.
She successfully shut down all 'fake bump' rumours last week following her red carpet appearance at the End of Oak Street premiere, where her custom Atelier Prabal Gurung top paired with low-rise jeans perfectly showcased her bump loud and proud.
Sharing a snap of her iconic look on Instagram, she captioned it: "Fake hair, real bump."

Similarly, for her recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she wore an all-black top and trouser combo that also revealed her growing belly, the Lein blouse's long black ruffles effortlessly sitting on either side of it.
Even after 25 years of The Princess Diaries, we can still look forward to Hathaway returning to our screens as Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries 3, which is understood to be in development.
This weekend, she was accompanied by her family to the Disney Legends Awards, where she was seen on the red carpet with Shulman and her two sons for their first public appearance as a family.
On stage, she pointed out and thanked her parents, who were sitting in the crowd.

Before receiving her award, the star also joked to spectators that her two boys aren't too fussed about her new title, but are 'very excited to meet Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson'.
Hathaway was welcomed into Disney’s Hall of Fame alongside the wrestler, as well as 10 other new legends, including Lin-Manuel Miranda and Eric Goldberg.
