Elliot Page’s 2025 highlight reel is probably the best one I’ve seen so far, because not only does it show his confidence over his transition, but it also gives fans a peek at his new relationship.
Taking to Instagram, the actor, 38, shared a series of snaps, which include images of things like his friends, dogs, travels, and his love, Overcompensating star and comedian, Julia Shiplett.
He captioned the pics: “wishing you a happy new year at the cottage.”
The pair made their relationship social media official in June this year with a loved-up selfie and fans were overjoyed at the pair’s union.

In Page’s post, within the selection of pics, there are also some topless images included too, making it one of the few topless images he’s shared with his girlfriend featuring in the scene.
The Juno actor originally posted his first topless image to the platform not too long ago in 2023, sharing how his gender-affirming surgery changed his life after coming out as a transgender man in December 2020.
He wrote alongside the snap: "Dysphoria used to be especially rife in the summer. No layers, just a T-shirt - or layers and oh so sweaty - constantly looking down, readjusting my oversized [T-shirt].
"It feels so f***ing good soaking in the sun now, I never thought I could experience this, the joy I feel in my body. I am so grateful for what gender-affirming care has allowed me and I look forward to sharing more of my journey soon. #transjoy."
In the new snap, Page can be seen smiling at the camera as the pair appear to lounge on the beach during the selfie.
Page is sans shirt with a chain and hat, while his girlfriend, Shiplett, wears a black bikini number and dark sunglasses and a cap.
Even though it’s one of the first times he’s posted himself without a top alongside his beau, Shiplett has previously posted a video of Page shirtless in a hot spring.
She wrote with the caption a simple: "Happy prideee."
The Canadian actor - who initially came out as gay six years prior to his transition - was married to dancer/choreographer Emma Portner until his revelation that he was trans, making Shiplett his first girlfriend since transitioning.

At the time, Page wrote on social media: "Hi friends, I want to share with you that I am trans, my pronouns are he/they and my name is Elliot. I feel lucky to be writing this. To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life.
"I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self."
He then became the first openly trans man to appear on the cover of Time Magazine.
Since then, he’s been a constant advocate for trans rights online, previously posting about trans violence.
