He relives his childhood in Malibu, his rise to fame and fortune on screen, followed by his very public fall from grace after his breakdown and severe drug addiction.
It's surprisingly candid, and fans have been left with their jaws on the floor at some of the things Sheen and those closest to him confess to, including the moment where he reveals how he lost his virginity at the age of just 15 years old.

It turns out that Sheen's first time was with a sex worker he hired in Las Vegas when he was just a teenager.

Not only that, but he hired her using his dad Martin Sheen's credit card.
Yes, you read that right.
Horrified fans asked a series of questions on Reddit about what they just witnessed.
"I really wonder what happened in Charlie's childhood, Charlie mentions he lost his virginity to a sex worker in Vegas when he was 15. He charged his dad's credit card without his dad realizing it," they wrote. "That suggests a much more lackadaisical childhood than everything else we saw, but the interviewer didn't ask any clarifying questions."
They continued: "Who was he in Vegas with? How was the sex worker hired - did he go through the phone book or did someone else suggest they hire sex workers?"
The user also raised another key question: "Was it normal for Charlie to charge large amounts of money on his father's card?"

Someone else suggested: "It seemed to me that he was probably spoiled, and that his parents were probably not around as much as they should’ve been.. my parents always knew where I was."
However, one person argued it was 'normal' for the time: "My friends and I all joke about how we raised ourselves. No one knew where we were, there were no cell phones, just curfews.

"There was ample opportunity to get in trouble if you wanted to, I was largely too afraid of getting in trouble to really break the rules, but I certainly knew people who did."

Another viewer felt the documentary still missed out a lot, despite the revelations.
"Generally people are trying to escape something. We get snippets, like his mother and father being nude infront of him. Lots of exposure to violence through acting, losing his virginity young, but also to a sex worker. There are lots of red flags," they commented.

In the doc, Sheen recalled the time his parents embraced nudism.
"Maybe for a month, or five, I don’t know. I’m five, walking into the kitchen, and there’s my naked parents," he says.
