Benidorm star Bel Powley marries fellow actor Douglas Booth after seven years of dating

The pair tied the knot

Bel Powley has officially tied the knot with fellow actor, Douglas Booth, after seven years of dating.

The loved-up couple married in a beautiful ceremony held in London, two years after they first announced their engagement back in July 2021.

While Bel, 32, now has an impressive filmography boasting titles including Apple TV's The Morning Show with Jennifer Aniston, Diary of a Teenage Girl with Kristen Wiig, The King of Staten Island with Pete Davidson, and White Boy Rick with Matthew McConaughey - she first entered the spotlight playing Bianca Dyke in Benidorm back in 2013.

Bel Powley and Douglas Booth have tied the knot.

Bel played the character of Bianca Dyke, a 'loud Cockney party-girl diva', in the British sitcom between the sixth and ninth series.

Judging from friends and families' behind-the-scenes social media posts, the newlyweds look overjoyed to be embarking on this exciting new chapter together.

One friend shared a snap of the couple having a kiss in the gardens of their wedding venue, calling the occasion the 'most magical day', before congratulating them.

Another pal uploaded a shot of Bel and Douglas, 31, dancing while also sharing a smooch as a disco ball and loved ones looked on.

Bel wore a beautiful beaded cocktail dress at the reception.

They captioned the post: "A wonderful day celebrating two of the biggest legends and their love for each other - thank you @belpowley and @douglasbooth for all the joy."

Bel looked stunning in a beautiful white gown with a fitted bodice and a slicked back bun, while Douglas opted for a suave navy blue number for the ceremony.

The wedding reception saw Bel change into a shorter gown but equally dazzling beaded cocktail dress.

The pair were first linked back in 2017, after meeting on the set of the film Mary Shelley, and just four years later, Douglas popped the question.

The pair first got engaged back in 2021.

The Riot Club star shared a series of snaps of them cheesing as Bel showed off her stunning engagement ring.

Other pictures saw the couple tucking into a picturesque picnic complete with fresh flowers, pillows and snacks galore.

He captioned the adorable posts: "Very, VERY happy!"

Bel also shared some at the time, including one of her and Douglas sat at home.

Douglas can be seen wearing a hat, jacket and white t-shirt while Bel donned a red floral mini-dress with a large white collar.

Referencing England's success in the 2020 UEFA Euros, she penned: "Football’s coming home…and so is my husband," alongside a load of football, ring and flag emojis.
