Selena Gomez has said she wishes she was as pretty as supermodel Bella Hadid in a recent post on social media.
She posted a video to her Instagram story where the singer was lip-syncing along to an audio clip of the supermodel saying 'my name, my name is Bella Hadid'.
Also on the video was the caption: "I wish I was as pretty as Bella Hadid."
Gomez also shared another unfiltered video where she did her own version and said her name 'doesn't even sound sexy' while admitting she 'accidentally laminated my brows too much'.

The singer and actor then posted a picture of one of Hadid's photoshoots with the caption #girlcrush, so it seems pretty evident that Gomez is a fan of the way the supermodel looks.
In the past there have been rumours of a feud between the pair after they unfollowed, re-followed and unfollowed each other on Instagram after Gomez got together with Hadid's ex The Weeknd.
Hadid still doesn't follow Gomez, but the singer has called the supermodel 'a wonderful person' and said any possible beef between them 'was all a misunderstanding'.

As for this latest stuff it all just seems like a bit of positive appreciation from one person to another and that's no bad thing.
Apparently, there's even some science to back up how pretty Bella Hadid is as a team of researchers have concluded that she is mathematically the third most beautiful woman in the world.
While beauty is a subjective concept which is in the eye of the beholder and different features appeal to different people, there's apparently a way to quantify it.
Using face mapping techniques to measure the 'Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi', essentially the beauty standards of the Ancient Greeks, they found that Jodie Comer was mathematically the world's most beautiful woman.
Zendaya was in second place while Hadid came third, ahead of Beyoncé in fourth and Ariana Grande in fifth place.

However, according to these confusing numbers Hadid apparently has the best eyes and chin in the world so that's nice.
The supermodel has also spoken candidly about having plastic surgery when she was just 14, revealing that she had a nose job in her teens and has since regretted it.
When she made the revelation fans praised her for her honesty in opening up on such a personal subject.
These days Gomez is starring in the acclaimed show Only Murders In The Building and has recently had to shut down rumours that she's been dating Drew Taggart.
