Jennifer Lopez breaks silence after Ben Affleck 'looked bored' at the Grammys

She's finally spoken out after *that* viral moment was captured on camera

Jennifer Lopez has broken her silence after Ben Affleck was caught on camera looking ‘bored’ at the Grammys on Sunday night (5 February).

The loved-up couple were in attendance at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles and unintentionally became the evening’s biggest talking point.

Cameras were able to capture J.Lo and Affleck, who tied the knot in 2022, sitting down in the audience.

The ‘Love Don’t Cost A Thing’ singer was one of the celebs presenting during the ceremony, where she gave Harry Styles the award for best Pop Vocal Album.

However viewers were immediately distracted by the Justice League actor’s presence which made everyone at home think he wasn’t excited to be there.

Contrary to fan speculation and the endless memes Affleck inadvertently unleashed into the world of social media, J.Lo has clarified that they, in fact, did have lots of fun at the ceremony.

Jennifer said the pair had a great time at the Grammys.

“Always the best time with my love, my husband,” she captioned a video of the couple she shared on Instagram.

It comes after viewers thought the couple were bickering on live TV after Affleck appeared to lean into J.Lo's ear for a brief word.

People assumed that J.Lo didn't look best pleased with whatever her husband said as they looked to have a quick back and forth.

J.Lo then put her hand to her chest and appeared to tell her hubby to 'sit up straight'.

"HER FACE WHEN SHE SAW THE CAMERA LOL," one person commented after the live moment went viral on social media.

"The Grammy producers are so messy for this but I love it," another user wrote.

And a third viewer tweeted: “Ben Affleck looks so bored. I think JLO should’ve left him at home.”

In July last year, the pair officially tied the knot, nearly 20 years after they first planned to say 'I do'.

The couple wed at A Little White Wedding Chapel, with J.Lo announcing the happy news in a newsletter sent out to fans on 17 July.

"Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient," she wrote, signing off with Jennifer Lynn Affleck.

The lovebirds first started dating back in July 2002 and were engaged by the November of the same year. Although their wedding had been planned for the following September, it was cancelled just days before, with the pair citing the media attention as their downfall.

J.Lo and Affleck officially split in January 2004.

The actor has previously been married to actor Jennifer Garner, who he shares three children with. The pair were married for 13 years before they divorced in 2018.

Meanwhile, J.Lo has been married three times. She was married to Marc Anthony for 10 years, with the couple sharing twins together.
