One of TikTok's biggest stars Dylan Mulvaney has finally unveiled the results of her facial feminisation surgery.

The influencer, 26, rose to fame on the platform with her 'Days of Girlhood' series, which detailed her transition into living life as a transgender woman. And now she's had gender-affirming surgery.

Dylan went under the knife at the end of 2022.

At this point, it's worth noting that transgender people do not always opt to have surgery to affirm their gender, something Dylan herself echoed, admitting that it was the right choice for her.

The 26-year-old went under the knife at the end of 2022, sharing her last selfie with her 'old face' to Instagram on 22 December.

Addressing her old face, she wrote: "You did me good!

"If we had stuck it out together forever we would've made it work, but you sparked a sadness much too often, that most will never relate to [sic]."

Dylan teased her face reveal with a partial mirror selfie.

This selfie was accompanied by a video of her thanking fans for their support in the immediate aftermath of the procedure, which saw her face left bloodied and swollen as she began her healing journey.

The influencer - who has over 10 million followers on TikTok - took a brief step back from the limelight, but she returned with 'The Face Reveal' on 28 January.

The reveal involved a ballet performance, where Dylan showed off her new face wearing a lotus flower, almost steampunk-esque blue dress.

She wore her hair pinned back in a very modern style so that her fans could see the results of the surgery in all their glory.

Her face looks softer, with a more feminine jawline, and many fans have compared the influencer - who is also an actress - to the late, great Audrey Hepburn.

However, it wasn't just fans of the influencer who commented on the reveal, so too did many celebrities who have been following her journey.

YouTuber James Charles praised: "SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUU [sic]."

Swimmer Schuyler Bailar added: "I'm enthralled by your JOY and the dripping EMPOWERMENT. We are so privileged to witness you, Dylan. Thank you for inviting us into this journey, this homecoming, this story that is yours."

"YOU BETTER WORK!!!! [sic]" wrote Gigi Gorgeous Getty, while Shina Nova gushed: "Masterpiece !!!!!!! so happy for you [sic]."

Prior to unveiling the results of her surgery, Dylan said that 2022 was 'her year' and admitted that she's the happiest she's ever been after the surgery.

Dylan stressed that transgender people are valid even without surgery.

She wrote: "2023 is for boundaries and less people pleasing.

"Let's take care of the trans community in 2023 with the same love and advocacy that you've given me. I still have so much to learn, If you're down to keep watchin, then I'm down too. I love ya! [sic]"
