After yesterday announcing the death of beloved husband John Andrews following a brave battle with adrenal cancer, influencer Lorna Luxe has shared the 64-year-old's final words.
Andrews, who is 21 years his wife's senior, was first diagnosed with the deadly disease in April 2023.
Despite temporarily being placed into remission, the following May, his cancer returned, reaching stage four after spreading to his brain.
He and long-time social media star Luxe - previously famed for sharing online fashion content with her 1.7 million Instagram followers - then turned their attention to material intended to raise awareness of the realities of life with adrenal cancer.

This included discussions on the often-overlooked indicators to look out for, the different treatments currently available, and the ways in which she and Andrews have been able to remain positive in light of his poor health.

Taking to Instagram last month, 43-year-old lifestyle creator Luxe shared that Andrew's condition has 'worsened', and he contracted sepsis over the Christmas period. The couple had also been told his cancer had 'spread to other organs', so treatment was 'no longer an option'.
Despite sharing several clips alongside her husband of 16 years in the weeks that followed, on Thursday (12 February), Luxe broke the heartbreaking news that Andrews had passed away.
Sharing a snap of him beaming abroad on several social media outlets, she wrote: "My beautiful, brave John died yesterday. I am heartbroken. We were together to the very end, at home, in our own bed and holding hands which is exactly what he wanted."
Luxe also recalled the final words Andrew had uttered prior to his death, telling her followers: "The last conversation we had, I asked him how he was feeling, and he replied 'rough but in love' and that was so him, to the point and choosing to put aside his fears to make me feel cherished and loved."

Elsewhere in her announcement, the online star claimed she and Andrews were 'so grateful' to the district nurses who would 'support us and make him comfortable' throughout treatment.
"Anna was his favourite nurse, and the kindness she showed him was beyond, she was a real-life angel," Luxe continued. "We couldn’t have had those last few days together at home without that care and my mum, who has been with us keeping me strong when I needed to stay strong for John."
She concluded her heartfelt statement with the words: "John you are a class act and I will love you forever."
