We've Been Wearing Headbands Wrong This Whole Time

Wait…what?

We’re headband aficionados here at Tyla, but it turns out that we’ve been making a major error when it comes to putting them on.

You can watch the video below.

TikTok user @tayler.b.f showed us exactly how you’re meant to be wearing headbands that have a cute applique that looks like bunny ears, or a hair bow.

Who knew that this small ‘accessory’ had such a vital usage?

It turns out, lots of us were in the dark about this, with the video racking up over 330,000 views and 48,000 likes.

“No way!” commented one stunned viewer, while several others tagged their friends to watch exactly how to wear a hairband.

In other TikTok news, a delivery worker has given some essential advice when leaving a parcel at somebody’s house.

TikToker @_jesshopehuse shared a rather upbeat delivery woman’s message that was caught on her video-recording doorbell.

The video has since been watched over 4.8 million times on the video sharing platform, garnering 1.2 million likes and over 12,000 comments, with many saying the delivery person is correct with her message.

The video now has over 300,000 views (

And if you’re looking for more beauty tips, we’ve got stacks of ‘em.

Like, for example, we’ve been misusing micellar water literally our whole lives?

Micellar water is our skincare bae – from taking off our make-up to making our face feel extra cleansed, it’s a staple part of our daily routine.

Hairbands are popular cleansing options (

However, we were stunned to learn that you shouldn’t be relying on your micellar water alone to keep your skin fresh.

In one TikTok video, one commentor urged a woman to wash off her micellar water, after she shared a video of her everyday skincare routine.

You can read more about that here.
