A delivery worker has pointed out exactly why one woman’s house is unsafe – and it’s something we all need to listen to.

You can watch the video below.

TikToker @_jesshopehuse shared a rather upbeat delivery woman’s message that was caught on her video-recording doorbell.

The video has since been watched over 4.8 million times on the video sharing platform, garnering 1.2 million likes and over 12,000 comments, with many saying the delivery person is correct with her message.

“Retired Paramedic. She is 100 per cent correct,” one person said. “Protect yourself and get some large numbers on your house and mailbox if it's out front. Spray paint on curb too.”

The delivery person had some advice (

“As someone who works in ems I can verify house numbers are necessary! BUT ALSO MAKE SURE THEY ARE EASILY VISIBLE FROM THE STREET AT NIGHT!” a second person agreed.

“I’m a firefighter and the best thing to use is something reflective. Very useful especially at night,” said a third.

Others were quick to sing their praises of the cheerful delivery woman who wanted to be of help.

“Good looking out! if she didn't care, she wouldn't of said nothing,” one person said.

“We need more people like this in our world. Wonderful person!” added a second.

“This person deserves a raise!” said a third, while a fourth added: “I want to be friends with her she’s awesome.”

“This made me smile,” a fifth agreed. “She was funny but serious and concerned at the same time.”

TikTok is chock-full of experts dishing out advice that has revolutionised the way we live.

One video that has helped our wellbeing (and our knuckles) is by this friendly doctor, who got real about what regularly cracking our knuckles can do to our bodies.

And it’s enough to put you off doing it for life…

You can read more about that here.
