Netflix drops trailer for You part two and Love is back

Joe comes face-to-face with someone he thought he'd long left behind

Netflix has just released the trailer for part two of You's fourth season, and it sees Joe come face-to-face with a very big part of his past.

No, I'm not talking about Marienne again - after all, Joe let her escape at the very beginning of this new season.

Instead, I'm talking about another of his lost loves - one he was confident he'd got rid of before embarking on his European adventure.

See for yourself below:

Picking up after the events of episode five, which is now streaming, we see Joe confronting Rhys after he's revealed to be the 'Eat the Rich' killer.

Rhys insists he just wants a friend, but Joe seems determined to not to fall into his trap as he insists he's not a 'cold-blooded psycho'.

Unfortunately, the woman he thought he'd killed and burned in a fire seems to be back to prove that's not necessarily the case.

Fans have expressed their delight to see the return of Victoria Pedretti in character as Love Quinn, though many will no doubt feel about as surprised as Joe looks, given the grisly events I just mentioned.

After seeing Love sat waiting for Joe to arrive, one fan commented: "That scene of Love at the end made me gasp, I can't wait to see Joe and Love face off!"

It's currently unclear how Love will slot in to the story, but it's clear that Joe will have a lot on his plate in the next few episodes as he continues trying to keep Rhys at bay, while also navigating his feelings for Kate.

There's a lot in store for Joe in the upcoming episodes.

And it looks like the professor might be getting a taste of his own medicine as we see someone shackled to a chair, trying to escape, meanwhile, Phoebe indicates Joe still has a lot to learn about life among London's elite.

Unfortunately, we do still have a few weeks to wait before we find out what's in store for Joe, and the trailer has only served to leave some fans with more questions.

One commented: "I can’t wait to see where it goes from here is [Joe] gonna stay in London? Is he going to start a new life somewhere else and have a whole new story? Is he gonna go find his son? Is his brother going to come in to play at any point? And is love really back or is this another one of his visions like how he saw Beck?"

The second half of season four set to arrive on Netflix on 9 March, with the first five episodes available to stream now.
