Netflix viewers have been left on the edge of their seats after watching the terrifying thriller-mystery movie Missing.

The flick, which only hit the cinemas a few months back (21 April), stars the likes of Storm Reid and Nia Long and is leaving people absolutely petrified.

Directed by Nicholas D. Johnson and Will Merrick - it's clear Missing is giving a whole new twist to the new 'screen time' horror genre.

For anyone looking for some Netflix and chill content - this one's most definitely not for you.

The premise of the film follows the stomach-turning tale of June (Reid) and her mother Grace (Long).

When Grace disappears while on vacation in Colombia with her new boyfriend, June's search for answers is hindered by international red tape.
