Married At First Sight's Duka finds love with a familiar face after the show

Married at First Sight UK's Duka Cavolli has revealed that he's found love with a familiar face after the show - but it's not who you might think.

Duka had a tough time of it on the reality TV series after getting hitched to Whitney Hughes, who from the get-go didn't seem impressed with her match.

They struggled to find a connection throughout their time together, which came to an abrupt end when Whitney cheated on him with fellow contestant Matt Murray.

Since the season wrapped up last week, we've seen all ten couples get back together for two explosive reunion episodes.

And there was one particular moment from the first instalment that caught viewers' eyes - the apparent chemistry between Duka and Chanita Stephenson.

Chanita sadly ended up splitting with her husband Jordan Emmett-Connelly after the experiment, despite the couple being pitched as a favourite amongst the experts.

However, she looked happy when chatting with Duka during their pre-dinner drinks in the first reunion special, sparking romance rumours amongst the fans.

But alas, it looks like Duka has found love elsewhere.

Duka and Whitney had a roller coaster ride on the show.

Responding to the rumours, Duka wrote on his Instagram Story: "You guys need to stop! Chanita and Jordan are both good friends! I’m a taken man and it’s not any of the cast members!"

He elaborated on this in an Instagram Live with Chanita, Sophie Brown and Adrian Sanderson earlier this week.

Sophie asked, "Duka, how did you meet your gal then?" He replied that his new girlfriend is someone he dated 'back during Covid'.

He said: "We were seeing one another and went through ups and downs... There's a whole story behind it. The show it made me realise what I want and what I don't want."

The experts noticed Jordan swooping in during Duka and Chanita's chat.

Although people were hoping to see Duka and Chanita find love in each other, they're delighted to hear he's happy nonetheless, with many saying that he should be 'proud' of how he carried himself on the show.

The 31-year-old took to social media to thank the fans for their support, writing: "What a Journey it's been!

"With a smile on my face and my head held high I can stand proud on how I've conducted myself as a man. I can be proud of my principles and who I am!

"I've made some long life friends and they know who they are. I've gained invaluable experiences that I can take forwards in life.

"I’m blessed to have the family and friends that I do, I'm an extension of all of them. I would not be half the person that I am today if it wasn't for them.

"Lastly to the public and the viewers, the support has honestly been overwhelming.

"I never once thought I'd get this amount of positivity and warmth! As a humble working class guy, from the bottom of my heart I thank you all."
