Love Island Fans In Stitches As Luca's Mum Tells Him Off

Love Island Fans In Stitches As Luca's Mum Tells Him Off

Luca had a grilling from his mum during Sunday evening's episode.

In Sunday (31 July) evening's episode of Love Island, viewers finally got to see the islanders' loved ones enter the villa.

And fans couldn't stop talking about one moment in particular, when Luca Bish got a grilling off his mum, who told him he had 'overstepped the mark'.

You can watch the clip below:

Sitting down alongside his mum and dad, Luca was discussing his relationship with Gemma, who the pair certainly seem to approve of.

But the conversation quickly changed topic, and the fishmonger got a telling off from his mum.

"I've wanted to come in and give you a good telling off," she said.

"When, what have I done?" Asked Luca.

His dad quickly interjected: "When you've overreacted."

"Sometimes overreacted," continued Luca's mum. "When you come home we'll have a chat about it."

Luca asked whether they thought he had 'come a bit strong' with 'the Tasha stuff' to which his mum explained: "You've resolved it, that's the main thing. Yeah you did overstep the mark."

"If I've done wrong I know it and hearing you two say it, even more," Luca added.

Viewers watching at home couldn't stop discussing the moment, with one person commenting on Twitter: "Glad to see Luca's mum telling him off!!"

While another said: "‘Luca I’ll talk to you about it at home’ LMAO LUCA’S GETTING A TELLING OFF."

And a third added: "Luca trying to stop himself from overreacting to his mum saying he overreacts."

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Luca’s parents telling him off, I’m loving these parents."

Viewers were unhappy by Luca's behaviour earlier in the series when was Tasha left in tears over the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge after being targeted by Luca and Dami Hope.

Tasha was left upset by the game, which saw her get pied by Dami because she usually 'gets away with a lot of stuff'. Meanwhile, Luca also pied Tasha, adding: "I could give you a list, but I'll let it go for today. It's just a game."

When Tasha appeared visibly upset at the end of the challenge, Luca and Dami simply said: "It’s just a game".

Afterwards, Tasha told Andrew: "It's the reasons after they gave, that was nasty. When they are going deep in and personal attack on me, it's a completely different story."

Both Luca and Dami apologised after the incident.

The Love Island final will air on Monday (1 August) at 9pm on ITV2.
