It has been an absolutely wild season of Love Island so far, and fans can hardly keep up.

Whether it's new girl Claudia strutting in in the middle of the islander's heart-rate challenge and turning Tom's attention, or Ron's head spinning from Lana to Ellie to Lana to Samie to Lana again, the chaos is next level!

Watching the Love Island drama unfold alongside the rest of us are veteran islanders, Tasha and Andrew, who know a thing or two about relationship twists and turns, and they've got some advice for this year's islanders - and anyone else in a similar dilemma.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page were runners up last season, but they'll be the first to admit that it was a very rocky road to the top.

The pair went from tears and #Titgate to a heart-melting speech and a successful parents day.

Now the couple are not only living together, but share matching tattoos, so you *know* they're in this for the long haul.

The couple say that they know first-hand how easy it is for your head to get turned.

They pointed out that most islanders can't seem to tell whether the person they're coupled up with is 'worth sticking with'. And they have some tips for those islanders who seem to be struggling like they did.

"I think everyone's bringing that entertainment this season," Tasha told Tyla.

"Lots of people have had to make some tough decisions in there, like whether to stay loyal or recouple.

"This season has had a lot of recouplings and bombshells already, it's going crazy at the moment."

But she adds: "It's your chance to explore and make sure you find what's right for you and make sure you find what makes you happy and ignore people's opinions."

Andrew agreed: "I think the islanders in there right now have to really decide if they are with the right person and be very true to themselves.

"My advice would be to go with your heart and make sure you're going with the right intentions."

Those poor winter Love Island contestants could, unfortunately, be at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to dating, now that cuffing season is officially coming to an end.

In fact, research from Just Eat has found that, now that cuffing season is ending, more than half of Brits are considering ditching their partner before V-Day pokes its head.

Tasha and Andrew are teaming up with Just Eat to put some common dating dilemmas and icks to the test to see if they really are each other's type on paper, which you can see right here:

"Whether you’re in the villa or have settled down for cuffing season, it’s hard to tell if the person you’re coupled up with is worth sticking with, or if you should let your head get turned by the new bombshells," they said.

"It’s so easy to let the good ones get away, that’s why we’ve teamed up with Just Eat to make sure those dating make the right decision."

We can all probably think of a few current islanders who could do with putting their own dating icks to the test and decide whether or not they're wasting their time...
