Love Island fans were left rather baffled on Monday night's show as they heard the reason that Brett Staniland had given Priya Gopaldas the 'ick'.
Speaking to the girls after their couples' dinner, Priya said that she was put off by the fact villa newbie Brett was "boring" and didn't flirt with her enough.
But there was another comment she made which left viewers at home absolutely floored.

It turns out that Priya, 23, was disgusted by 27-year-old Brett's favourite type of cheese. Yep, really.
During a chat to the girls about her concerns, Priya said that "even the cheese" Brett liked was boring, adding that she wanted him to pick something exciting and different, but he told her his favourite was "something like brie".
And it's safe to say that viewers were a little...errr, perplexed, by her comments.

"SO SHE GOT THE ICK BECAUSE OF CHEESE #loveIsland," one viewer wrote as they watched the drama unfold.
Meanwhile, another wrote: "PRIYA .. ITS F*CKING CHEESE #LoveIsland".
"Not Priya complaining about Bretts taste in cheese she’s so prestige #loveisland," penned a third.
As a fourth joked: "Oh no he doesn’t like an exciting cheese arrest him #loveisland".
Priya and Brett's relationship looked pretty solid at the start, as the PHD student landed in the villa and stole her away from Irish heart-throb, Matt MacNabb.

But the couple started to hit rocky waters not long afterwards, as their somewhat serious date left Priya left than impressed.
Another detail she didn't seem sure about was the fact that Brett had never had a girlfriend.
"Do you feel like there's something wrong with me now?" Brett asked, sensing Priya's shock at the confession.
To which she grimaced, and replied: "Yeah, I think you're a bit of a robot", before promptly telling the girls she wasn't feeling it.

Priya's attitude towards Brett spoke for itself during the episode, but the most cringeworthy moment came at the end after the villa's brutal dumping.

When the time came for the least compatible islanders to get the chop, unsurprisingly Priya and Brett were chosen, given their rather iffy start.
And as they walked out the villa, Brett couldn't help but suggest another date, to unbothered Priya's absolute destain.

"But yeah, we'll definitely be friends," she said, with an awkward smile painted on her face.
It's safe to say she's really not into you Brett, we're sorry. Next time, maybe tell her you like Manchego?
