Fans Think Luca Will Refuse To Go To Casa Amor After Emotional Gemma Admission

One of the most dedicated contestants on this year's Love Island is fishmonger Luca Bish, who appears to be falling for dressage rider Gemma Owen.

However, the couples are about to face the ultimate loyalty test in Casa Amor, but fans are convinced that Luca is point blank going to refuse to go. Watch Luca's devastation when he didn't couple up with Gemma:

This theory comes after emotional scenes in the villa saw Luca admit to Gemma's ex-boyfriend Jacques that he is 'falling' for her.

He said: "I'm falling for Gem big time, mate."

Jacques then said that he is falling for his partner, Paige, before Luca asserted again: "Mate, I'm like falling."

Speculating about Luca's reaction to Casa Amor, one fan tweeted: "Luca is going to refuse to go to Casa Amor, they're gonna have to drag him into Casa Amor [sic]."

"They need to send the girls to Casa Amor this year," wrote a second viewer. "I need to see Luca howling at the moon."

A third joked: "they're gonna have to sedate luca and take him to casa amor like this [sic]."

Meanwhile, a fourth Twitter user speculated about how the 23-year-old will react if his 19-year-old partner returns from Casa Amor with someone else.

They wrote: "If Gemma comes back from casa amor with another man. Luca will go into cardiac arrest [sic]."

This might well happen too, as in last night's episode Gemma admitted to Luca that while she does like him, at this stage, her head could be turned.

He said to Michael Owen's daughter: "I'm obsessed with you. I ain't gonna lie. My head is so with you now and that's it."

However, Love Island fans think Luca's dedication to Gemma is not what it seems to be after Ikenna confirmed that he knows the identity of her famous dad.

One viewer wrote: "They found out around the third day who Gemma's dad was and that was when Luca started showing interest OHHHHHH."

"Ikenna has confirmed that the boys knew about Gemma’s dad! Lmaoo we see you Luca," wrote a second.

However, not everyone was so critical of the 23-year-old and some argued that he is being genuine.

"Think people are reading way too much into Luca and why he is so into Gemma….. maybe he genuinely likes her and it's not all about her dad," wrote another fan.
