The Table That Shows Which Islander Has Gained The Most Followers

A table has revealed which islanders have gained the most followers.

A table has revealed which Love Island cast members have gained the most followers on social media since the series began at the start of June.

You can watch the video below:

The TikTok account, @tomstvtips produces all kinds of handy statistics and charts across reality TV shows, and has revealed which islander had the most following up until Casa Amor.

While Gemma was in the lead for some time, she was overtaken by Ekin-Su before once again claiming her position in the top spot with 603,000 followers.

Meanwhile, Jacques and Paige - who had plenty of drama during the Casa Amor segment of the show - also jumped up the leader board in the final days of the measured period.

Luca meanwhile, is in the lead for the boys, with 433,000 followers.

But while some agreed that the results made sense, others were surprised at the table, with many expecting Davide to have more.

One person wrote: "Sorry. Davide? Hello!!!"

While another said: "Thought Davide would be in the top 3."

And a third added: "Wait how's Davide not above Luca?"

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Davide deserves a trillion."

Some islanders didn't have enough follows to make the table, such as Danica and Jay.

In other Love Island news, Jacques O’Neill has been spotted in the UK after leaving the villa.

The Love Island star made the decision to leave the villa on Tuesday evening’s episode after ‘not feeling like himself’ while on the series.

However, it seems that the former rugby player is already back on home turf, having seemingly been spotted in Leeds where he lives.

Fans seem relieved that the former contestant seems in better spirits, having smiled as he met onlookers in the town centre.

“Glad to see he's doing okay,” one fan wrote, whilst another penned: “Bless him hope he is OK and in the world where you can anything, be kind. He is such a cheeky, lovely chap and deserves to be happy. Go Jaques.”

“Give him love peeps,” wished another.

Meanwhile, other commenters reflected on how quickly the star was able to return home from the show, which is filmed in Mallorca, whilst other booted contestants were filmed in an alternative ‘holding’ villa for the likes of ITV’s Aftersun.

Meanwhile, Jacques' mum Janet, who has been posting and interacting with fans since Jacques first set foot in the villa, also confirmed that her son will be back on social media from as early as this Thursday (14 July).

Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2.
