Love Island Confirms Return Date For Casa Amor

Love Island Confirms Return Date For Casa Amor

After last night's double dumping, the return of Casa Amor was announced...

Love Island fans anticipate Casa Amor every year - when the Islanders' loyalty put to the test after they are put into separate villas with new bombshells.

In past seasons, Casa Amor has seen some strong couples separate and others, like Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury, emerge stronger than ever. The 2022 couples are getting increasingly close:

News of Casa Amor's return was revealed at the end of last night's episode when Love Island host Iain Stirling teased the second villa with a tour.

A future snap of the villa was shared to the Love Island Twitter account with the caption: "Casa Amor incoming..."

The 'lads holiday', as it's sometimes described, typically lasts a few days, and after this, the Islanders are given the choice to stay with their original partners or couple up with someone new.

Unsurprisingly, fans went wild at the news.

One fan pleaded: "Ekin-Su please just rest in Casa Amor, the enemies to lovers arc isn’t gonna work a second time."

"Ekin-Su better not switch up in Casa Amor," agreed a second fan.

Meanwhile, a more chaotic fan wrote: "I'm ready for Casa bring on the chaos, we don't want peace we want problems."

Referencing past seasons, a fourth remarked: "CASA AMOR LET'S GO!!!! I CAN TASTE THE CHEATING!! THE POSTCARDS!! THE LYING!! THE CRYING."

"If Dami and Indiyah find someone else in Casa Amor I will be sobbing," added a fifth.

"I’m excited for Casa Amor to cause some drama but PLEASE leave Dami, Indiyah, Davide and Ekin-Su out of it," agreed a sixth.

Casa Amor arguably couldn't come at a worse time for Davide and Ekin-Su who went on a cute vineyard date in last night's episode, where he vowed to give her a second chance.

However, as she left him for Jay earlier in the season, Davide is suspicious that Ekin-Su could hurt him again, which is why the separation could be particularly difficult for the pair.

Ekin-Su was the one to initiate the reconciliation when she chose to recouple with Davide.

She said at the time: "Firstly this is going to be one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make.

"I didn't know whether to play it safe or take a risk. I personally would like to give this person a chance and I'm hoping he would too.

"So the boy I want to couple up with is Davide."

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm. What are your Casa Amor predictions?
