A new lash serum is making waves online after one user tricked friends into thinking she was wearing extensions.

Credited with giving 'denser and healthier' lashes, the wonder product is designed to give you a dramatic eyeline without breaking the bank - and at £20, it costs a good chunk less than some of its competitors.

In fact, one fan raved that after just two weeks of use, her lashes were 'longer than the queue at Greggs' - if that isn't high praise, we don't know what is.

"No cap, everyone thinks I’ve got extensions. 10/10," she added.

Despite its wallet-friendly price tag, groá packs just as much of a punch as some of its competitors and also makes a serum for brows too.

Where can you buy the serum and how much is it?

Unlike some serums on the market, you don't need to break the bank to buy it.

The lash and brow serum both cost just £20 each and can be purchased here.

According to the brand, some 88% of those who tried it saw visibly longer lashes, and 94% saw healthier lashes after six weeks.

As for brows, 86% of users said they saw visibly healthier brows after six weeks.

Is the serum safe to use?

You might have heard about some harsh side effects from other lash serums containing an ingredient called prostaglandin.

Originally used in glaucoma medication, it caused lashes to grow rapidly but has been linked to irritation, darkening of the eyelid skin and even changes in the pigmentation of irises.

Conversely, groá avoids this, and instead uses pea proteins and hyaluronic acid, as well as green tea extract and peptides.

The ingredients have all been approved by ophthalmologists too, and they are 99% naturally sourced.

What are people saying about lash serum?

As well as the 'queue longer than Greggs' comment, the serum is going down well so far.

"Fuss-free application. the best lash serum to apply in a hurry - just five seconds out of your day to achieve visibly longer lashes" said one.

Another praised the conditioning results of the natural ingredients.

"The lashes are sooo long!" wrote another on Instagram, as another agreed "THEE best lash serum ever!"

How to use the lash serum

If you've never tried one before, it couldn't be simpler, and the brands recommends applying to clean, dry skin; just swipe the serum brush across the upper lash line like you would an eyeliner.

For best results, they advise to use it every day for a minimum of six weeks to get the full effect.
