Woman Left Red-Faced After Surprising Husband With Lingerie Goes Terribly Wrong

Most of us have tried to surprise a partner with something sexy at one point, but for one woman, her lingerie surprise left her mortified.

Mackenzie Lynn Smith explained on TikTok that she thought it would be sexy to get into her husband's car wearing only lingerie, but there was someone very unexpected inside. Watch below:

Mackenzie captioned the now-viral video: "I am so embarrassed."

"Going out to the car in this to get my husband's reaction," the hilarious video began, showing off the skimpy lingerie.

She then films her debating if she should wear heels, before showing off her bare legs as she runs over to her husband's car, hoping that she won't be spotted by their neighbours.

"OK so he just pulled up, but I have to make sure my neighbours aren’t out. OMG, I'm scared. Alright, just gotta make a run for it," Mackenzie said.

When she gets into the car, however, her husband has a hand over his face...

His grandma then says 'Hi, sweetie' from the backseat, and the extent of the blunder becomes apparent.

Reacting to the hilarious fail, one TikTok user wrote: "But grandma 100 percent approved of the outfit."

A second agreed, writing: "Gram loves it."

"Gram said 'don't you look cute' she knows what's up," remarked a third.

Meanwhile, some TikTok users speculated about how they'd have reacted in this situation.

One wrote alongside red-faced emoji: "omg i would have ran and hide under the covers for a week [sic]."

"I would cry," added a second user.

A third speculated: "nope nope nope I would've- ohmygod- I don’t even know what id do [sic]."

One TikTok user suggested a perfect excuse, writing: "should've said u was tanning or something [sic]."

As the old saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining, and this TikToker added: "At least you didn’t wear the heels."

Another viewer joked: "Grandma was thinking about great grandkids."

But perhaps the funniest part of the whole video is that Mackenzie's husband has tears in his eyes, as he explained: "She wanted to check out the new car."

Well, one thing is for sure, this grandma got to check out a lot more than she bargained for!
