Man splits from wife after catching her cheating with his dad on baby monitor

It's never easy finding out that your significant other has been cheating on you.

However, things can only feel even worse when you discover that, not only has your partner been cheating on you, but they've been doing it with your dad. It's difficult to imagine a more awkward scenario really, even a best friend or sibling wouldn't be quite that bad.

The only thing that could make it worse would be how committed the relationship was. If it was a fairly new relationship then it would be bad, but a long-term relationship would be truly awful.

Unfortunately for this chap, he and his partner were serious enough to have a child together, and he caught his partner and his dad over a video baby monitor he had trained on his dad's bedroom door. He saw them going into the bedroom together while he was at work. Ouch.

He had become suspicious after his dad moved in with the pair. He refused to accept the explanation that they had just been watching television together.

Unsurprisingly, the pair separated and divorced following the unpleasant discovery. But the same can't be said for the father and the ex, who have not only got together, but are now expecting twins of their own.

It seems that not only has he split with his ex, but also cut ties with his dad as well.

He said: "If I didn’t have a sensible head on my shoulders he would be six foot under now.”

The former husband continued: "It's like a plot from EastEnders. It's not normal. I feel betrayed, but I'm better off without the two of them."

This means that the father/new partner is both grandfather and stepfather of the former couple's child. Meanwhile, his son will be the half-brother of his ex's new children.

Nonetheless - despite everything - his former partner maintains that she did nothing wrong. She claims that they had already separated when she started seeing his dad.

She said: "I did not cheat on him. We got together a week or so after he left me."

The ex husband washed his hands of the whole affair, saying: “I feel sorry for the babies, they are coming into a very mixed-up family.”

Christmas will certainly be interesting.
