The summer holiday season is in full swing, with many millions of Brits heading abroad to escape the miserable weather.

And while in many destinations heat is guaranteed, there is often a lot of stresses that comes with a summer holiday.

Whether that is the whole palaver that is the airport and all the worries that come with that, or the sunbed wars that Brits seem to take part in each year, there really is a lot to contend with considering this is supposed to be the most relaxed you feel all summer.

However, one woman has a genius hack to combat fighting over sunbeds with fellow holidaymakers while living it up abroad.

The TikToker, Laura Jayne Lowe, documented her hack in a video where she documented how 'anxiety is going to ruin my holiday'.

Laura explained how she booked a holiday without doing enough research into the area and hotel she was staying in.

The TikToker quickly discovered that the hotel she is staying in has the 'worst sunbed war you've ever seen in your life'.

She went on to explain how the sunbeds are all chained up and cornered until someone takes them off at around 8:30 in the morning.

And as you can imagine, the TikToker claims a whole hurry of people will rush to claim the best sunbeds.

"But I don't mean you have to go down there with like ten minutes before queue," she said.

"People are apparently queuing from like half five, six in the morning or you do not get a sunbed."

Crazy, right?

But Laura will not be one of those who will not be standing in that tedious queue, no, as she has brought a portable sun lounger ahead of her holiday.

"I ordered a portable sun lounger," she explained.

"Am I an absolute d*ckhead or am I an absolute genius - I do not know."

The TikToker then explained how the bed only weighs 2kg and can be laid down completely flat in her case.

In the video, Laura also inflated the sun bed to make sure it had no punctures. Fortunately, it didn't and now she is all set to go for her holiday.

Genius.

Many face flocked to the comment section of the TikTok, and it is fair to say everyone is impressed.

"Genius. where did you buy it please," they wrote.

A second added: "Genius 😂😂 I’m actually tempted to get one I hate sun bed wars I’m on holiday I ain’t getting up at 6am."

And a third penned: "Haha love this!!!"
