Donald Trump has now addressed exactly how he first caught light of Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump’s relationship.
Vanessa, the ex-wife of Trump's eldest child Donald Trump Jr., and Woods went public with their romance last month (23 March) when the 49-year-old professional golfer shared a series of snaps cosied up with his 47-year-old girlfriend in the sunshine.
He captioned the Instagram post: "Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together."
In the second part of the caption, Woods also took the time to make a request to fans, adding: "At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts."

Speaking at the Oval Office on Monday (31 March), Trump opened up to reporters about his thoughts on Woods.
"I played golf with him a couple of times over the last month, and he’s a fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete, and he told me about it," the 78-year-old Republican shared.
"I said, 'Tiger, that’s good. That’s good'," he continued before confirming his seal of approval: "I'm very happy for both. Let them both be happy."
Trump went on to say that Woods and Vanessa have a 'great relationship'.
"I love Tiger, and I love Vanessa," he said, noting that he has a 'very special, very good relationship' with the golfing champion.
Elsewhere during the press conference, Trump referenced Vanessa and Donald Jr.'s 2018 divorce.
"But Vanessa and Don had a very good relationship," he went on. "They have incredible children, five incredible children, all good athletes, all great students."
"They broke up quite a while ago, which was to me very sad because I think they’re both great."
According to Page Six, Trump is a long-term fan of the golfer.
"[President] Trump knows about him dating Vanessa and is said to approve," an insider previously told the publication.
"Trump and Tiger are tight, and Tiger got the medal of freedom from him in 2019.
"Tiger speaks privately about liking Trump, and what he’s done to promote golf."
They continued: "Tiger was just at the White House during a Black History Month event. He wore his medal to the event."
Vanessa was previously married to the eldest son of Trump, Donald Jr., for 12 years.
The former couple split in 2018 after welcoming five children together: 17-year-old daughter Kai, 16-year-old son Donald III, and the youngest trio, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe.
