Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump just held hands - yes, you read that right.
The internet has been left completely baffled after the most unexpected crossover on Wednesday (28 January) when the rapper, 43, appeared on stage at an event with the US president, 79.
Joining the Republican leader, at the Trump Accounts Summit, Minaj publicly praised him and declared she's 'probably' his 'number one fan'.
As per The Independent, Trump introduced Minaj to the stage by gushing that she was 'the greatest' and 'the most successful female rapper in history' and said she reportedly 'invested hundreds of thousands of dollars' into the 'Trump accounts' to help children.

He said: "Nicki makes a lot of money, and she's generously stepping up. She's investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in Trump accounts to support the children and really, really the children of her incredible fans."

The world leader noted that Minaj has been 'a big Trump supporter and a Trump fan' who has taken 'a little heat on occasion' but has remained 'an unbelievable supporter'.
The musician then joined the president on stage, where she revealed: "I am probably the president’s number one fan and that’s not going to change."
She added: "And the hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more, and it's going to motivate all of us to support him more. We're not going to let them get away with bullying him and you know, the smear campaigns, it's not going to work. OK?"
Minaj added that 'he has a lot of force behind him and God is protecting him'.

The Trinidad-born rapper later took to social media to post a picture of a Trump Gold Card, alongside a caption that read: "Welp."
For those who are unfamiliar, the Trump Gold Card is a visa based upon an individual's ability to provide a substantial benefit to the United States.
The whole thing has understandably left fans confused - at one point during the event, Trump and Minaj actually held hands, which is a sentence I never thought I'd write.
The internet simply doesn't know how to react, with one Instagram user writing in the comments section of a news article about the crossover: "I thought this was AI."
A second added: "What is even happening?"
Another said: "I'm so confused?"
One user questioned: "This is a real picture????"
Meanwhile, someone else wrote: "So ur telling me this isn’t AI…"
And a final fan chimed in with: "This is so incredibly disappointing as a longtime fan of her music."
